This is my contribution to the DPW Horse Challenge this week. This picture was shared by Carol Marine for the challenge. I've been wanting to paint horses since I got back from NC. There is a horse farm on the corner of my in-laws block. Every morning and evening I would try to catch the perfect picture of the horses. They were very friendly, but the electric fence made it safe for me to get close. This is an 5&7 oil on linen board.
