Flowers

Nothing makes me happier each week than buying flowers at the grocery store.  It's that special treat I cannot deny myself.

Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend.  With the temperatures on Saturday getting up to almost 60 degrees I can feel my spirits already lifting.

Textured this with Kim's KK_simple at multiply which softened the dark colors.  Stop by Kim Klassen's Texture Tuesdays and see all the amazing creations.

  4. Your tulips look pretty right there waiting for a vase. Lovely. The weather seems to be warming up here too, but they say snow for tomorrow. So I guess spring will wait another week...

  11. I agree with the comment on the wrapping still around the tulips, adds to the picture. Yes, it's been a long winter and If I didn't have cats, I would have been buying flowers also!
