Texture Tuesday - Tulips

Created for Kim Klassen's Texture Tuesday - using KK_aurora and one Kim's brushes for the quote -which I love.

Been waiting for tulips to hit the market and today was the day….thought this still life would brighten any January day.

The capture below is for day 13 of my 365 photography challenge on Flickr.  Been taking this project one day at a time, not stressing over what subject I'm going to photograph each day yet……..

  12. I've been seeing tulips all over bloggy-land -- seems many of us need a bit of color to get us through these dreary winter days. Beautiful captures, Margie!

  13. in regards to the texture i used for the apple picture, I used a bunch of different textures. I honestly don't remember which ones. I usually play around with layering different textures until I find a look I like.
